New Year Resolutions

Hello readers,

It's this time of the year again. Another year has passed and it's time to make room for new dreams, new events, new promises and possibly even for new love. Some already have it all, but for those who feel stuck in one place, like the time is standing still and nothing is changing...Then this is the perfect time to think about what you would like this year to change. It might be something in yourself: a new haircut, weight, dresscode etc. Or it might be something concerning your dreams. I don't make a habit of making new year resolutions, but this year was different. Last year I was feeling stuck. I saw peoples lives around me change and yet everything stayed the same for me. I need new challenges, new people in my life and most importantly...I need there to be a better ME. So my new year resolution is this: I'm going to fix myself. I'm going to eat more healthily, go to the gym and genuinely do things that are good for me. I'm going to be selfish for once and take time to be the person I really want to be. I know it's  a very hard and rocky road, but I'm willing to jump on my train to happiness so I can finally start living the way I want to. The way I'm supposed to. I'm going to catch my dreams. 2012 is a beautiful number, make the best of it!

Last post was dedicated to my London trip. In this post I'll show you what I bought from there. London is a fantastic shopping capital with thousands of different stores. I <3 shopping

London

This is my first official post, which I'm very excited about. In the middle of July I went to London for the first time. I fell in love with the city and the people. Of course I liked it before as well, but I never expected it to be quite so spectacular .I especially like the accent, which makes me go weak at my knees every time I hear it. Not to mention all the hot british boys:) I will never forget the feel of the city. The red double deckers and black taxi cabs flashing by you in the endless rush of the city. The oh-so-familiar sights of London greeting you as you are hit by the surprise and excitement they bring, when you first catch a glimpse of them. They are all so real and you are standing there, admiring their glory and taking lots of pictures so that this moment would be with you long after you have left the country. I know that the way I'm writing this seems cheesy and way too poetical, but these were my feelings. I have wanted to go to London pretty much from the day I started studying english, because my english teacher made it sound so great. And now I can say from my own experience that it is indeed great. London is amazing. I definitely want to go back there. Possibly even go live there. I recommend this city to everyone. Go check it out! I also added a few pictures from my trip.

The Beginning

     Dear readers,

     For starters I would like to thank all of you, who decided to read my newly started blog, as well as all of those, who find it interesting enough to follow it. It means a lot to me.

     I made the decision to start blogging, because I like the idea of showing the world what is important to me. This blog will mostly be about my everyday doings like my nail art, the books I read, the clothes I buy and the places I go to. I hope you all like it ;)
